Apple iPhone 8 highly focuses on Water, dust resistance. iPhone 8 is one of the most awaited smartphones of the year 2017. There are many rumours already pours in. According to a report in The Investor, iPhone 8 along with Samsung Galaxy S8 will come with the high focus on dust and water resistance. One the site anonymously quoted that “Apple’s iPhone 8 will feature the IP68 protection for water and dust resistance with the 10th anniversary of Apple.

Apple iPhone 8 Will come with a great design as it will be the 10th anniversary of the Apple iPhone. Samsung Galaxy S7 series also has the same IP68 protection for the smartphones which are submersible in 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes.

Apple also decides that they will go with water and dust resistance in as it launches the iPhone 7. iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus both comes out with an IP67 protection, which means the devices are water and dust resistant. This means that it can swim in water deeper than one meter. However, water and dust do not mean that you can take it with yourself for a swim for a long time. It will, however, protect your smartphone when it gets accidently drops from you into the water.

Other rumour also suggests that Apple iPhone will have an aluminium design. The aluminium design will be so great and will be made up of stainless steel frame to hold the device better.. Japanese blog Macotakara reports all three iPhones will boast identical specifications, citing sources within Apple’s Taiwanese supply chain.

Apple iPhone is working on three new models this year 2017 which includes iPhone 8, iPone 7 Plus and iPhone 7 S Plus.

So the IP68 upgrade for Apple smartphone will bring more protection in case of water and dust protection. Apple is really in great competition with the Samsung Smartphones. As Samsung have already acquired this technology earlier.
